Indian Tech Icon Awards – Nomination Process
Eligible identified professionals are either approached by our team or nominated by industry professionals. LinkedIn profiles of potential nominees are shared with the awards team for evaluation.
The candidate expresses interest in filing a nomination. A meeting is scheduled between the nominee and the Board Director of the awards.
After the meeting, the nominee receives a nomination form along with the proposed award category. The nominee submits the completed nomination form.
An in-person meeting is scheduled between the nominee and the Board Director. A questionnaire for the podcast interview is shared with the nominee in advance.
A recording session is scheduled with the nominee for the podcast interview, along with short clips for social media and a video segment to be played on the backdrop screen during the award ceremony. The recorded content is edited and shared with the nominee for review along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) form. Any changes suggested by the nominee are incorporated, and the final version is approved before release.
The nominee receives a guest invitation form to submit names for RSVP confirmation.
The entire awards ceremony will be professionally recorded, with two one-hour branded content segments to be aired on Zee TV Canada & Star TV Canada post-event. A recording of the telecast will be made available on various platforms for the awardees' reference. Short personalized videos will be created for each awardee, capturing their moment from the stage announcement to receiving the award, with the official event logo and credits.
Awardees will receive extensive social media coverage and promotions.
